Pre-Order Rules

📅 Pre-Order Period

The current pre-order period is active. All pre-orders placed until October 15, 2026 will be delivered between October 25–30, 2026.

🚚 Delivery Period

Pre-orders placed after October 15, 2026 will be included in the next shipment period and delivered in November 2026.

  • After the pre-order period ends, the average delivery time for products is 15–20 business days.
  • Shipping is free for all pre-orders.

➕ Order Addition System

  • Customers can place multiple orders during the pre-order period.
  • All orders are combined into a single delivery.

Example:

  • Order on the 15th
  • Order on the 20th
  • Order on the 25th
  • Order on the 30th

➡️ All 4 orders will be shipped together next month.

❗ Delay Situation

  • If the specified delivery time is exceeded,
  • The buyer reserves the right to cancel the order.

📦 Stock Status and Supply Information

  • Some pre-order products may be out of stock in the Japan supply process.
  • In such cases, you will be notified within 2–3 days.
  • If the product cannot be supplied:
    Exchange option
    Refund option
    will be fully offered to the customer.

In Short:

All orders placed during the pre-order period are combined and delivered in a single shipment. Orders placed after the pre-order period ends are transferred to the next delivery period.

How does the process work?

Create Your Order

Collectors can select desired products from the Pre-Order page and create their order during the Pre-Order period.

Orders Depart from Japan

All collector orders are collected until the Pre-Order period.

After the pre-order period ends, products are shipped from Japan via air cargo within 7 days.

Arrival in Turkey and Delivery

Products reach Turkey within 7 days on average, customs procedures are completed, and they are delivered to us.

Once the products reach us, they are shipped to all pre-order collectors with free shipping on the first business day.
