About the Auction

📌 General Information

• Only Japan Vinyl auction page hosts x auctions per week.
• All users are considered to have accepted these rules before participating in auctions.
• All products include VAT. No commission fees.

👤 Membership and Participation

• You must create an account on the site to participate in auctions.
• Users are responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate and up-to-date.
• It is prohibited for the same person to place bids using multiple accounts.

💸 Bidding Rules

• Every bid is binding and cannot be retracted.
• The minimum bid increment is determined by the system.
• Last-minute bids may automatically extend the auction time (anti-sniping system).

🏆 Winner and Payment Process

• The user with the highest bid at the end of the auction is the winner.
• An automatic invoice is sent to the winner’s registered email address.
• Payment deadline: 48 hours
• If payment is not made within this period: The right passes to the 2nd highest bidder.
• The 2nd bidder is not obligated to purchase the item.

🚫 Penalties

• Users who win an auction but fail to pay will be permanently banned from the platform.
• Accounts detected engaging in fake bids, price manipulation, or system abuse will be closed.

🚚 Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over 2000₺.
• Orders below this amount incur a 200₺ shipping fee, paid by the buyer.
• Items are shipped within 1-2 days after payment.

🔄 Returns and Cancellations

• All products have a 14-day return policy.
• Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition.
• Arbitrary cancellations may not be accepted for auction-won items.

📦 Product Condition and Descriptions

• All products are sold according to the condition stated in their descriptions.
• Vinyl, cover, obi, and other details are specified as transparently as possible.

• Only Japan Vinyl is not responsible for any losses due to technical issues (internet outages, system errors, etc.).
• The platform reserves the right to cancel or extend auctions if necessary.
