Membership Agreement
1. Parties
a) [Mehmet Sefer Süncak], who operates the Only Japan Vinyl website at [Limonluk, 2410. Sk. semtyeniköy ofis 1 No: 6 Kat: 4 Daire: 23, 33120 Yenişehir/Mersin]. (Hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”).
b) Internet user who is a member of the Only Japan Vinyl website. (Hereinafter referred to as the “MEMBER”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement determines the terms under which the MEMBER may use the website www.onlyjapanvinyl.com owned by the COMPANY.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The MEMBER declares and undertakes that all personal and other information provided during registration on the www.onlyjapanvinyl.com website is accurate. The COMPANY may claim all damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information from the MEMBER.
3.2. The MEMBER agrees not to share the password provided by the COMPANY with others and acknowledges that the right to use this password belongs exclusively to them when using the www.onlyjapanvinyl.com website.
3.3. The MEMBER undertakes to use the www.onlyjapanvinyl.com website in compliance with legal regulations and not to engage in any illegal activities.
3.4. Ideas and opinions shared by MEMBERS on the www.onlyjapanvinyl.com website are the personal views of the MEMBERS and do not bind the COMPANY.
3.5. The MEMBER accepts that the COMPANY is not liable for any damages the MEMBER may incur while using the www.onlyjapanvinyl.com website.
3.6. The COMPANY reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the content and services of the www.onlyjapanvinyl.com website at any time.
3.7. The MEMBER, by becoming a member of the www.onlyjapanvinyl.com website, accepts to receive informational emails and SMS messages via the communication channels determined by the COMPANY.
4. Termination of the Agreement
This Agreement remains valid until the MEMBER cancels their membership or the COMPANY terminates the membership.
5. Resolution of Disputes
For any disputes arising from this Agreement, the Courts and Execution Offices of Mersin are authorized.
6. Validity
The MEMBER's registration as a member indicates that they have read and accepted all terms of this Membership Agreement. This Agreement is concluded and enters into force mutually at the moment the MEMBER becomes a member.
Pre-Order Rules
📅 Pre-Order Period
The current pre-order period is active. All pre-orders placed until October 15, 2026 will be delivered between October 25–30, 2026.
🚚 Delivery Period
Pre-orders placed after October 15, 2026 will be included in the next shipment period and delivered in November 2026.
- After the pre-order period ends, the average delivery time for products is 15–20 business days.
- Shipping is free for all pre-orders.
➕ Order Addition System
- Customers can place multiple orders during the pre-order period.
- All orders are combined into a single delivery.
Example:
- Order on the 15th
- Order on the 20th
- Order on the 25th
- Order on the 30th
➡️ All 4 orders will be shipped together next month.
❗ Delay Situation
- If the specified delivery time is exceeded,
- The buyer reserves the right to cancel the order.
📦 Stock Status and Supply Information
- Some pre-order products may be out of stock in the Japan supply process.
- In such cases, you will be notified within 2–3 days.
