Delivery and Return Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal:

For orders placed with Only Japan Vinyl, you may return the product(s) you received within 14 days without any justification or penalty. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the product(s). However, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal before the product is delivered to you. To exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188, you must fill out the "Product Return / Right of Withdrawal Form" and submit it to us via email or by printing, signing, and sending it before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

According to the Distance Selling Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:

- Digital content on physical media (books, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records) with opened packaging, and computer consumables.
- Products or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the seller's or provider's control.
- Products customized to your personal needs or specifications.
- Products that are inseparably mixed with other items.
- Periodical publications (newspapers, magazines, etc.).
- Services that begin with the buyer's explicit approval before the withdrawal period ends.

3. Product Return:

DETAILS

The BUYER must return the product related to the contract to the SELLER within 10 days after notifying the SELLER of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. The return shipping cost is the SELLER's responsibility. Returns must be made in the original packaging. Products returned due to accidental purchase or with any signs of opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc., will not be accepted, and the amount will not be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must submit the "Product Return / Right of Withdrawal Form" to the SELLER before returning the product. The SELLER will refund the product amount and any documents that put the consumer in debt within 14 days from the date the returned product reaches the SELLER.

For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to the card used for payment. If the purchase was made in installments, the refund amount will be returned to the BUYER's card in installments by the bank.
