Delivery and Return Conditions
1. Right of Withdrawal:
For orders placed from Only Japan Vinyl, you can return the product or products you received within 14 days without giving any reason or paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal period starts on the day the products are received. However, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal until the product is delivered to you. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188, "Product Return / Right of Withdrawal Form" by e-mail or by printing and signing it before the right of withdrawal expires.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
Pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts for the following products and services:
Digital content and computer consumables presented in material media such as unpackaged books, CDs, DVDs, records.- Goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or supplier.- Goods prepared according to your personal needs or wishes.- Goods that are mixed with other products and cannot be separated.- Periodicals (such as newspapers, magazines).- Services that are started to be performed with the consent of the buyer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.

DETAILS
The BUYER is obliged to return the product related to the contract to the SELLER by exercising the right of withdrawal within 10 days after the notification made within the right of withdrawal period. The return shipping cost of the returned goods is the responsibility of the SELLER. The return must be made with the original packaging. If any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc. is detected in the products and packaging purchased by mistake, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER fills out the "Product Return / Right of Withdrawal Form" and submits it to the SELLER before returning the product. Within 14 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the returned products by the SELLER, the SELLER shall refund the product price to the BUYER and any documents that put the consumer in debt, if any.
For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the card from which the payment was made. If the purchase is made in installments, the refund amount will be refunded to the BUYER's card by the bank in installments.
