1. Right of Withdrawal:
You can return the product or products you receive from Only Japan Vinyl within 14 days without giving any reason or paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal period starts on the day the products are received. However, you can also use your right of withdrawal until the product is delivered to you. In order to use your right of withdrawal, you can fill out the " Product Return / Right of Withdrawal Form " as per the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188 and send it to us by email or by printing and signing it before the right of withdrawal period expires.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts regarding the following products and services:
- Digital content and computer consumables presented in tangible media such as books, CDs, DVDs, records that have been opened. - Goods or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider. - Goods prepared according to your personal needs or requests. - Goods that are mixed with other products and cannot be separated. - Periodicals (such as newspapers, magazines). - Services that are started with the buyer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.

DETAIL
The BUYER is obliged to return the product related to the contract to the SELLER by exercising his/her right of withdrawal within 10 days after the notification made within the right of withdrawal period. The return shipping cost of the returned goods is the responsibility of the SELLER. The return process must be made with the original packaging. In the products received by mistake and in the packaging, if any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, etc. is detected, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER shall fill out the "Product Return / Right of Withdrawal Form" before returning the product and submit it to the SELLER. Within 14 days at the latest from the date the returned products reach the SELLER, the SELLER shall refund the price of the product and any documents that put the consumer in debt, if any.
For purchases made with a credit card or bank card, the refund will be made to the card with which the payment was made. If the purchase was made in installments, the refund amount will be refunded to the BUYER's card by the bank in installments.
