By accepting this contract, the BUYER accepts in advance that he/she will be obliged to pay the order price and additional fees such as shipping fee, tax, if any, if any, and that he/she has been informed about this.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below will express the written explanations opposite them.

BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
SITE: The website of the SELLER,
ORDERER: A natural or legal person who requests a product or service through the SELLER's website.
PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,
CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: It refers to the movable goods subject to shopping and software, sound, images and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environment.

TOPIC 3

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically via the SELLER's website. The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. The prices announced periodically are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- The product subject to the contract is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period starts from the date of establishment of the contract in long-distance contracts and in contracts for the delivery of the goods or services to the BUYER or a third party determined by the BUYER.

- The product is delivered upon the request of the consumer and to the consumer.

It is produced specifically or prepared in line with personal needs. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal.

- Shipping fee belongs to the BUYER. Shipping fee is determined by the SELLER when the BUYER places the order and is notified to the BUYER at the time of order. The total of the product price and shipping fee will be paid by the BUYER.

8. DELIVERY OF THE CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT

The product will be delivered from the BUYER to the consumer address. The product will be delivered to the cargo company according to the information on the SELLER's website.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to reject the goods and withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must be unused and/or undamaged. In case this right is used, the goods must be delivered to the SELLER or the cargo company authorized by the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days.

10. RESOLUTION OF LIABILITIES AND DISPUTES

In any dispute that may arise from this contract, Turkish Law will be applied in the implementation, interpretation and all disputes that may arise from the violation of this contract. Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this contract.

11. ENFORCEMENT

This contract shall enter into force after the SELLER reads, informs and approves the BUYER during the electronic order.
