Delivery and Return Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal:

With orders placed from Only Japan Vinyl, you can return the product(s) you received within 14 days without giving any reason or paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the products are received. However, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal during the period until the product is delivered to you. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must comply with the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188.Product Return / Right of Withdrawal Form"You can fill out this form and send it to us via email, or print it out, sign it, and send it to us before the cancellation period expires."

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts relating to the following products and services:

Digital content presented on physical media such as books, CDs, DVDs, and records, and computer consumables, once their packaging has been opened. - Goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and is beyond the control of the seller or provider. - Goods prepared according to your personal needs or desires. - Goods that are mixed with other products and cannot be separated. - Periodicals (newspapers, magazines, etc.). - Services that have begun to be performed with the buyer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

The BUYER is obligated to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the SELLER within 10 days of notifying the SELLER within the withdrawal period. The return shipping cost for the returned goods is the responsibility of the SELLER. The return process must be done with the original packaging. Products received in error and their packaging showing signs of opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc., will not be accepted for return and the purchase price will not be refunded.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the BUYER must fill out the "Product Return / Right of Withdrawal Form" and send it to the SELLER before returning the product. Within a maximum of 14 days from the date the returned products reach the SELLER, the SELLER will refund the product price and any documents that may have obligated the consumer to any debt.

For purchases made with a credit card or debit card, the refund process will be carried out using the card used for the payment. If the purchase was made in installments, the refund amount will be returned to the BUYER's card in installments by the bank.
